Responsible service providers
Organisations responsible for service provision are used by Digital Public Services Switzerland to carry out certain projects or provide certain services as part of the implementation plan. They are commissioned by the Operational Management Committee as mandated by the Digital Public Services Officer for the Confederation and Cantons.

Implementation plan
In the DPSS implementation plan you will find the descriptions of the projects as well as the details of the corresponding organizations responsible for performance.
Tasks
As part of their mandate, the responsible service providers must carry out the following tasks (Art. 6.2.1 of the framework agreement):

Clarify the need for legislation in collaboration with other interested parties, and ensure a sustainable organisation concept.

Guarantee compliance with standards and ensure the interoperability of the solutions developed.

Report regularly to the Digital Public Services Officer on the status of their activities, as part of operational controlling.

Ensure compliance with the framework conditions set by the DPSS.

Ask the Digital Public Services Officer for specialist support where necessary.

Present their operational or project plans, budget and annual accounts to the Digital Public Services Officer, for submission to the Operational Management Committee.
